Responding to the demands of electrical utilities, GS T&D Product’s engineers have developed a unit that meets the needs for a versatile, reliable and economical method of transmission system isolation.

The type SV2 disconnect switch is primarily intended for EHV (Extra High Voltage) substations for isolating, by-passing or sectionalizing. It can be mounted only in a horizontal upright position.
